he last 12 months have witnessed cataclysmic events which have forever changed the worldview on the sustainability of the global economy as we have known it. The global financial meltdown, crash of oil prices, deepening recession, surge in unemployment, rise in terrorism, breakdown in law & order, changing demographics, growing security concerns, rising social instabilities, and the failure of leading institutions that were considered pillars of sustainable global economic growth; have left the world exceedingly unsure about the future.
